This is a joint report by Thermal Energy International Inc. and all of its subsidiaries in order to comply with the Act to enact the Fighting Against Forced Labor and Child Labor in Supply Chains Act. The policies and descriptions contained herein are applicable to Thermal Energy International Inc. and its subsidiaries as a whole (hereinafter “Thermal Energy” or “the Company”). This report covers the period June 1, 2023 to May 31, 2024, the fiscal year ended May 31, 2024.
