Industrial Heat Recovery

Boiler exhausts, dryers and other process streams release substantial recoverable heat, often equivalent to 15–20% of total fuel consumption. TEI’s industrial heat recovery systems capture this energy and return it to the process, reducing stack losses and significantly lowering fuel use, operating costs and carbon emissions.

By using recovered heat as the primary energy source, TEI’s high-efficiency hot water and de-steaming technologies deliver reliable hot water generation with lower fuel demand and operating cost, while supporting a staged and practical transition away from steam where required. Advanced options, including FreeSteaming™ MVR and high-performance heat pumps, further enhance efficiency by regenerating latent heat as usable hot water or steam.
