Designed for the Demands of Meat Processing

Meat processing requires gas, steam, hot water and refrigeration constantly for scalding, sterilization, chilling and cleaning. These demands can account for hundreds of kilowatt hours of natural gas per tonne of meat. Rising fuel, electricity and water costs are putting pressure on already narrow operating margins.

By capturing and reusing waste heat and optimizing steam and hot water performance, meat processors can cut fuel bills and deliver sustainability targets, without sacrificing reliability, production, or hygiene.

Proven Technologies in Meat Processing

Our excellent, global engineering team deploys our quality heat recovery and steam efficiency systems to deliver reliable performance in the demanding conditions of meat production.

PERCO-ACE™

Direct Contact Water Heating

Generates large volumes of hot water directly from natural gas combustion, avoiding steam conversion losses and achieving the highest efficiency for duties up to 85 °C. Ideal for washdown, sanitation and food processing where water is heated from cold.

Hybrid FLU-ACE™

Direct Fired Water Heater + Direct Contact Economizer

A Hybrid FLU-ACE is created when pairing a PERCO-ACE with a FLU-ACE heat recovery.

Waste energy is captured first, and only the remaining load is met by the burner, maximizing efficiency while reducing fuel demand and emissions.

GEM™

Full Venturi Steam Traps

In contrast to mechanical traps that routinely fail open and waste energy, GEM™ traps have no moving parts to wear or fail, eliminating the costly fail–identify–replace cycle. Engineered to handle condensate removal under process fluctuations, they deliver stable process control all while saving energy and reducing your fuel bill.

HeatSponge™

2-Stage Condensing Economizer

Two-stage economizers recover both sensible and latent heat from boiler exhaust gases, increasing thermal efficiency by up to 10% in energy-intensive operations.

FLU-ACE™

Direct Contact Condensing Heat Recovery

Captures waste heat from boiler and dryer exhausts to generate hot water for process and sanitation use. Cuts steam demand, boosts boiler efficiency, and reduces CO₂ emissions.
