Thermal Energy Team Makes Donation to Help Make Clean Water Accessible to Kenyan Elementary Students

As this is the season of giving, the team at Thermal Energy has made a donation to the Kenya Project, organized by our neighbour, Pastor Jordan Kiirya of River Jordan Ministries. The donation will go towards the installation of a solar powered water pump and water purification system for a well that serves 300 children who attend the Capstone Preparatory School in Eldoret, Kenya.

Pastor Jordan Kiirya discussed the project on CTV recently. We have included the video below.

Currently, about 43% of Kenyans do not have access to clean water.  This project aims to make a difference by helping ensure that these elementary school kids can spend their time at school learning rather than collecting dirty water or being sick from waterborne illnesses.
