​2021 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders


The annual general meeting of the holders of common shares of Thermal Energy International Inc. was held on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. (Ottawa, Ontario time). This event was virtual. Shareholders were be able to attend the Meeting by visiting www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/TMG2020 and entering the 16-digit control number included in the proxy card or on the voting instruction form that accompanied the proxy materials. Non-shareholders were able to join by clicking the “Guest” box and entering their name and an email address.  ​
