By integrating the FLU-ACE Heat Recovery System, this global pharmaceutical company significantly improved energy efficiency, reduced natural gas use, and advanced its carbon reduction goals. The system captures waste heat from boiler exhausts, MECO-still blowdowns and vent streams to preheat pre-treatment and boiler make-up water, cutting fuel use and supporting Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) initiatives. Seamlessly integrated with existing infrastructure, it demonstrates how advanced heat recovery technology can accelerate decarbonisation while delivering measurable cost and energy savings.

Our Topaz model steam traps in 316 stainless steel are designed specifically for clean steam applications with a crevice-free body they are FDA compliant and have a smooth internal surface and no moving parts to harbour bacterial growth.
