Business as (un)usual – maintaining operations through COVID-19
April 16, 2020
As the COVID-19 Coronavirus situation continues to evolve, I wanted to provide an update on how we, as a company, are continuing to support our team and our customers during this challenging time.
Continuing commitment of support
We continue to do all we can to promote the health and safety of our staff, customers, and suppliers, while at the same time limiting disruption of service for our customers, particularly those within essentials industries such as healthcare, pharmaceutical and food & beverage.
All our locations remain open as needed, however, with the majority of our team working remotely in order to maintain physical distancing, there are minimal staff on site. Nonetheless, we have been able to maintain our full product production and project development capabilities.
On behalf of everyone at Thermal Energy, I’d like to acknowledge those working in essential industries, and extend our sincere appreciation for your extraordinary efforts to manage through this crisis.
Acting now to be ready for the future
As time has passed, the business community is increasingly pulling together to find ways to navigate the difficulties surrounding COVID-19. Mitigating its effect has acted as a catalyst for many organizations, ourselves included, to improve connectivity, communication capabilities, and remote collaboration.
We’ve accelerated our plans to implement new systems designed to make our team more virtually accessible than ever before. All our staff and locations are now equipped to conduct business uninterrupted via email, phone, video conferencing, and instant messaging applications. By enhancing our remote collaboration in this way, we are not only responding to the current circumstances, but preparing for an altered state of business in the future.
As a global provider with customers and projects throughout the world, we will continue to monitor the situation. Updates will be shared, as necessary, via our website, social media channels (listed below) and email.
In the meantime, should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

A message from Thermal Energy’s CEO on COVID-19
March 16, 2020
The number of COVID-19 Coronavirus cases around the world is increasing rapidly. Over the last few days governments and businesses have been taking steps to slow the spread of the virus.
In line with this, at Thermal Energy International, we are doing all we can to promote health and safety within the Company, while helping to minimize the impact of the virus on our staff, customers and operations.
Our offices remain open with enhanced hygiene protocols in place. We will be practicing social distancing at all of our locations, as well as remote working, to reduce the risk of transmission. Site visits and meetings will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Measures to help prevent exposure from in-person contact have been scaled up with all of our locations able to conduct business uninterrupted via email, phone, video conferencing and instant messaging applications.
Thermal Energy remains committed to limiting disruption of service. We are taking all reasonable action to continue providing project support, fulfil orders, and protect the health and safety of our staff, customers and suppliers, during this challenging time and will monitor the situation as it progresses.
Thank you for your support. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best regards,
